Among the rarest mezcals in existence, Tobalá grows wild on steep, rocky hillsides at high elevation — impossible to cultivate at scale. It takes 15 or more years to mature, yielding only a fraction of the juice of farmed agave. Each bottle is the result of a painstaking harvest and a lifetime of patience.
