Victorioso’s Cuishe (A. Karwinskii) Mezcal uses only mature agave that can grows for 15 years before harvesting begins. Since the entire trunk undergoes fermentation, the resulting spirit has higher fibrous and vegetal aromatic and flavor profiles. Our Cuishe Mezcal is a spicy, subtly sweet and herbaceous mezcal, well-balanced with hints of green pear, lemon peels, Jasmine and green grapes.
